Learn what makes you unique and re-conquer your space (literally): from discovering and using values, understanding and reframing beliefs (incl. fears + self-sabotage) up to developing 'best- serving' intentions and behaviours.
Performance art (movement / music) supports connection to our body and emotions, re-captures space and pushes boundaries, via embodiment, experience and intuition.

Answers are already within us, sometimes fully hidden...it is time to reveal and exploit the treasures lying beneath, to trust your intuition and expand perspectives in order to attain balance and richness!
Storytelling (with poetry, short novel, playwright or song) helps to re-write our stories, to release what serves no more and make room for much richer experiences.
